1341.23 NONSMOKING AREAS IN PUBLIC BUILDINGS.

The City Manager is hereby authorized to establish nonsmoking areas within the various buildings owned by the City of Bedford, and to clearly mark said areas with signs which are visible and state “No Smoking”. Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
