Compliance must be completed within three days (72 hours) of receipt of notice. Failure to take immediate action will result in the issuance of a citation for lack of property maintenance. One notice per calendar year shall be considered notice for the entire calendar year. Failure to maintain will result in the parcel being cut by the City or the City's appointed agent.
