1325.05 THREE-STORY BUILDINGS.
   In buildings not more than three (3) stories in height, plain solid masonry bearing walls of the top story may be of eight-inch (8 in.) nominal thickness when the total height of the wall does not exceed thirty-five feet (35 ft.), provided that such eight-inch (8 in.) walls do not exceed twelve feet (12 ft.) in height and that the roof beams are horizontal.
