1325.03 MINIMUM THICKNESS.
   Except as otherwise provided in this Chapter, the minimum nominal thickness of plain solid masonry bearing walls shall be twelve inches (12 in.) for the uppermost thirty-five feet (35 ft.) of their height, and shall be increased four inches (4 in.) for each successive thirty-five feet (35 ft.) or fraction thereof measured downward from the top of the wall.
