Any person, being the owner, agent of the owner, or having control of any property, who violates any of the provisions of this Chapter, or fails to conform to any of the provisions thereof, or fails to obey any order of the Commissioner or duly authorized agent, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first (1st) degree. Each and every day on which such person continues to violate the provisions of this Chapter after having once been notified of such violation shall constitute a separate offense.
Any person who shall violate or assist in the violation of this Chapter or of any order or permit issued thereunder, shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first (1st) offense and a misdemeanor of the fourth (4th) degree on each subsequent offense.
