1323.09 SETBACKS OF TOPS AND TOES.

Except as provided in the Ohio Basic Building Code, the tops and toes of excavation and fill slopes shall be set back from property boundaries and structures as far as necessary for the safety of adjacent properties and adequacy of foundation support and to prevent damage as a result of water runoff.
