Any such pool shall be located not closer to any street than the required building set-back line of the lot upon which the pool is to be constructed and shall not be nearer to any property line of such lot than a distance equal to fifty percent (50%) of the width or length of the pool, including walkways. In the case of a round pool, fifty percent (50%) of the diameter shall be used to determine the setback. Determination of whether length or width is used shall be governed by the placement of the pool either length parallel to side property line or perpendicular to such line. There shall be no situation when a pool may occupy more than twenty-five percent (25%) of the required rear yard area.
