“Private swimming pool” shall mean any body of water or receptacle for water having a depth at any point greater than twenty-four inches (24 in.) or having more than two hundred square feet (200 sq. ft.) of surface area used or intended to be used for swimming or bathing, and constructed, installed or maintained in or above the ground outside any building and used solely by the owner, lessee, tenant or licensee thereof and his family, and by friends invited to use it without payment of any fee, of permanent construction not intended to be removed annually.
