No person shall fail to file a complete copy of a foreclosure forfeited, or vacancy complaint involving real property located within the city on which there is a building or structure with the Building Commissioner within ten (10) days after filing the complaint with the relevant court. Whoever violates this section is guilty of failure to file notice of a foreclosure, forfeited, or vacancy complaint, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
