(a) Plans Required. When required by the building official, plans shall be submitted which are drawn to scale and shall be of sufficient completeness and clarity to indicate the nature and extent of the work proposed and shall show in detail that it will conform to the provisions of this code and all relevant laws, ordinances, rules and regulations of the City of Bedford. Plans may include a plot plan showing the location of all easements, utilities and property lines, the proposed building or addition and all other improvements on the property. A copy of the approved plans is required on the job for all inspections.
