(a) General. The Residential Building Official is hereby authorized and directed to administer and enforce all of the provisions of this Code.

(b) Referenced Standards. The standards referenced in this Code and listed in Chapter 44 of the "Residential Code of Ohio for One, Two, and Three Family Dwellings, current Edition, shall be considered part of the requirements of this Code to the prescribed extent of each such reference. Where differences occur between provisions of this code and referenced standards, the provisions of this Code shall apply. (Ord. 9581-18. Passed 3-19-18.)
