1307.15 BUILDING COMMISSIONER TO TAKE ACTION.

If a decision of the Board of Building Standards and Appeals reverses or modifies a refusal, order or disallowance of the Building Commissioner or varies the application of any provision of this Building Code, the Building Commissioner shall take action immediately in accordance with such decision.
