1307.11 TIME, FEE AND NOTICE OF APPEAL.

An appeal from any decision of the Building Commissioner may be taken within thirty (30) days from the date of the decision from which the appeal is taken, by paying a fee of ten dollars ($10.00) and filing with the Building Commissioner and with the Board a notice of appeal, specifying the grounds therefor. The Building Commissioner shall forthwith transmit to the Board papers upon which the action appealed was taken.
