Each applicant for a certificate of registration shall furnish evidence of insurance for bodily injury in the amount of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) per person and three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000.00) per occurrence and property damage insurance of at least one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00).
