Any principal or accessory building which shall be located upon a lot within ten feet (10 ft.) of any other principal or accessory building, either on the same lot or on adjoining lots, shall comply with all rules and regulations for a structure of a size and configuration equal to the combination of the adjacent structures. The ten feet (10 ft.) shall be measured from the farthest projection of the farther building wall, roof or any of the other structures or projections referred to in Section 1953.04 of the Planning and Zoning Code.
