1301.26 INSPECTION OF CONSTRUCTION.
   The Building Inspector shall inspect all buildings at the following periods of construction:
   (a)   Installation of footers, foundations, footing drains and building sewers;
   (b)   Completion of foundation, waterproofing and damp-proofing;
   (c)   During the framing of the superstructure;
   (d)   Completion of roughing-in the plumbing, electrical wiring, gas piping, heating ducts or piping, or other similar service installations regulated by this Building Code;
   (e)   Following the installation of all insulation;
   (f)   Before closing in all structural elements;
   (g)   Upon the final completion of the structure before occupancy.
   He may also inspect such building at any time as he may determine to be necessary or desirable.
