The Cemetery Commissioner under the direction of the Director of Public Service is authorized and directed to adopt bylaws, rules and regulations for the control, management and operation of the Bedford City Cemetery pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 759.11; such bylaws, rules and regulations shall not be inconsistent with the Charter and ordinances of the City.
