929.01 PUBLIC NUISANCE.
   Discharges of waste water in any manner in violation of this Title or of any order issued by the Engineer as authorized by this Title, is hereby declared a violation of Chapter 517 of the Ohio Revised Code and shall be corrected or abated as directed by the Engineer.
