925.01 CLASSIFICATION OF USERS.
   (a)   All users shall be classified by assigning each one to a "user classification" category according to the principal activity conducted on the user's premises and based on the typical waste water constituents and characteristics for that type of user as determined by the Engineer. The purpose of such classification is to facilitate the regulation of waste water constituents and characteristics, to provide an effective means of source control, and to establish a system of user charges and fees which will insure an equitable recovery of the sanitary sewerage system's construction, operation and maintenance costs. Waste water constituents and characteristics may include but not be limited to the following: Suspended Solids, BOD, COD, Oil and Grease, and Chlorine Demand.
   (b)   User classifications are as follows:
      (1)   Vehicle Service: gas stations, auto dealerships, bus companies, undercoating shops;
      (2)   Food Processing: grocery stores, caterers, provision businesses, restaurants, convenient marts;
      (3)   Institutions: hospitals, schools, churches, social halls, clinics;
      (4)   Light Industrial: machine shops, electroplates;
      (5)   Heavy Industrial;
      (6)   Service and Retail Businesses.
