(a) The City will not collect the following waste materials.
(1) Quantities of building and construction waste;
(2) Commercial waste;
(3) Industrial waste;
(4) Tree trunks, tree stumps.
(b) The City will neither collect nor dispose of the following waste materials except as otherwise provided in this Chapter.
(1) Poisons, explosives, manure or articles infected with human blood or bodily fluids or with a contagious disease;
(2) Waste material originating on property other than where pickup is being made.
