913.08 ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR LATE PAYMENT.

In addition to the charge or rental determined according to the rate specified herein, a further charge of ten percent (10%) of such amount so determined shall be added thereto in each case of failure to make payment within thirty days, and the total thus obtained shall be the sewage service charge or rental in each such case.
