907.08 APPLICATION TO EXISTING FRANCHISE ORDINANCES AND AGREEMENTS.

This chapter shall be immediately effective on existing franchise holders to the extent permitted by law and to the extent permitted by the terms of the franchise agreement. This chapter is specifically an exercise of the City's governmental powers under Section 34 of the City's current cable television franchise agreement with Cablevision.
