Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this Chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree and shall be fined in an amount not exceeding seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00) or imprisoned for a period not exceeding ninety days, or both. Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense.
