(a) Permanent resurfacing of street excavations shall be made by the permittee.
(b) The roadway surface cut shall be replaced in kind, according to the current construction and material specifications of the State of Ohio Department of Highways and those City specifications currently on file in the office of the Director. However, the minimum specification for all flexible pavement replacement shall be a three-inch lift of bituminous asphaltic concrete laid over a minimum six inch granular base.
