A violation of any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be a misdemeanor of the first (1st) degree, punishable by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) and six months (6 mos.) in jail, or both, plus the costs of prosecution. Each day's continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.
