From September to June of each year, when the pool is not in use for bathing purposes, portable, collapsible pools shall be removed and stored; permanent type pools shall be covered with a material which shall be firmly anchored to the sides of the pool and constructed of material of such strength that a safety hazard will no be created to objects or persons falling into or upon the pool.
