Whoever shall violate any part of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first (1st) degree, punishable by a term of imprisonment of not more than six months (6 mos.) and a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or both. Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense and shall be subject to the penalties set forth herein.
