(a) Any person, firm partnership, association or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree for a first offense and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($ 500.00) or imprisoned not more than sixty days, or both.
(b) For any subsequent offense, such person or other entity shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($ 1,000.00) or imprisoned not more than six (6) months, or both.
