Every applicant, approved and accepted, before being granted a license shall pay the following annual license fee for the privilege of operating or maintaining for operation each juke box or mechanical amusement device as defined in Section 721.01:
Juke boxes (per machine) | $25.00 |
Mechanical amusement devices (per machine) | $100.00 |
Each license shall expire one year (1 yr.) from the date of issuance.
