717.14 LICENSE REVOCATION, SUSPENSION; INSPECTIONS; VIOLATIONS.
   The Building Commissioner shall have the power to revoke or suspend any license granted under the provisions of this Chapter, if the building for which such license is granted does not comply in all respects with the provisions of the Chapter and with all laws, ordinances, rules and regulations applicable to such buildings, and the use to which it is put or intended to be put, or if any false statement shall be made by the applicant in connection with the issuance of such license. For the purpose of routine inspections or when there is reason to believe that a violation of the Chapter exists, any officer or inspector of the City shall have the authority to enter any premises for the purpose of making an inspection thereof. Any owner, agent or occupant thereof who refuses to permit such officer or inspector to enter the premises for the purpose of such inspection shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalties provided in Section 717.99.
