717.09 PROHIBITED USES.

No proprietor licensed to conduct any rooming house, foster home or hotel in the City shall suffer or permit any portion thereof to be used as a house of ill fame or a place of assignation for the purpose of prostitution, fornication or lewdness, or suffer or permit any lascivious cohabitation, adultery, fornication or other immoral or unlawful acts to be carried on therein.
