713.02 CONDITIONS OF PERMIT.
   The City Manager, before granting any such permit, shall require that the applicant therefor comply with the following conditions:
   (a)   The application for such a permit shall be in writing, setting forth the full name and address of the applicant and indicating whether the applicant is an individual, partnership, corporation or association. In the event that the applicant is a corporation, the names and addresses of all the officers and directors of the corporation shall be set forth.
   (b)   In the event that the enterprise is to be conducted in a public street, only such portion of a public street shall be used where vehicular traffic can be reasonably by-passed.
   (c)   The applicant shall furnish the City Manager with a statement as to the purpose of such enterprise and list the names and addresses of all principals participating in such enterprise. (Ord. 5641-86. Passed 5-19-86.)
   (d)   The applicant shall indemnify and save harmless the City for any damage caused to any person as a result of the holding of such enterprise and shall furnish at his expense for the benefit of the City a public general liability insurance policy in an amount not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000).

   (e)   The applicant shall furnish the City Manager such further information as he may deem pertinent and necessary to the granting of the permit.

   (f)   The City Manager shall have the right to waive any fees required in his sole discretion. (Ord. 9280-15. Passed 8-17-15.)
