No day nursery shall be opened, maintained or conducted in the City without first registering with the City at the Police Department. The registration shall include the name and residence of the applicant and, if the applicant is a corporation or association, the name and residence of all officers thereof; the present or proposed location of the day nursery; the purpose for which it is to be opened, maintained or conducted; the physical location of the children if the entire building at the location is not to be in use; the name and address of the person to be in charge thereof and copies of the current license or exemption letter issued by the State pursuant to Chapter 5104 of the Ohio Revised Code.
