(a) Whoever violates any of the provisions of the chapter or participates in the violation of its provisions either as proprietor, owner, tenant, manager, superintendent or otherwise, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished in accordance with the City Code. Each day’s violation shall constitute a separate offense and shall be subject to the penalties hereinbefore set forth.
(b) Whoever shall deny admittance to any officer charged with the enforcement of this chapter, after proper identification of such officer, or interferes with any such officer in the performance of his duties under this chapter shall be fined in accordance with the City Code.
