The decision of the Chief of Police with regard to the issuance, suspension or revocation of any permit under this chapter shall be reviewable by the Board of Building Standards and Appeals upon the written request of the party filed with the Board of Building Standards and Appeals within ten (10) days of such refusal, revocation or suspension. The Board of Building Standards and Appeals shall review evidence previously submitted to the Chief of Police and any additional evidence presented with the written request for review. The decision of the Board of Building Standards and Appeals, upon such review, shall be a final, appealable order.
