(a) No person shall willfully and maliciously throw, or by other means propel, a stone or other hard substance at or toward any person.
(b) No person shall willfully and maliciously throw a stone or other substance or shoot a projectile at or from a bus or other motor vehicle.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third (3rd) degree.
