549.09 THROWING OR SHOOTING PROJECTILES.
   (a)   No person shall throw, shoot or propel an arrow, missile, pellet, stone, metal or other similar projectile capable of causing physical harm to persons or property, in or on any public place, in or on the property of another, or from any private property into or onto any public place or the property of another.
This section does not apply to:
      (1)   Person(s) authorized by the Chief of Police while participating in a City authorized animal control or deer management program utilizing a firearm;
      (2)   Programs of instruction authorized by the City Manager or Chief of Police;
      (3)   Any other lawfully authorized programs.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
