(a) No person shall place, sweep or deposit in or on any sidewalk, street, gutter or related sewer within the City the accumulation of litter or landscape waste from any building or lot or from any public or private sidewalk or driveway. Persons owning or occupying property shall keep the sidewalks in front of their premises free of litter, or obstruction from ice, snow, landscape debris or other natural or man-made materials or substances.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
