(a) No person shall use or operate, or permit to be used or operated, any radio, television, loudspeaker, sound amplifier or other device for producing or reproducing sound which is cast upon the streets of the City for the purpose of political or commercial advertising or attracting attention to any building or structure.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a fourth (4th) degree misdemeanor.
