505.12 REGISTRATION OF DOGS REQUIRED.

Compare to:

(a) No owner, keeper or harborer of a dog more than three months (3 mos.) of age, nor owner of a dog kennel, shall fail to file an application for registration required by Ohio Revised Code Section 955.01, nor shall he fail to pay the legal fee therefor.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
