373.19 LOST PLATE OR DECAL.

In the event that a license plate or decals are lost or destroyed, the City Manager or the Deputy Registrar, if satisfied of such fact, shall issue a new license plate, upon application of the owner of the bicycle, for which a fee of fifty (50) cents shall be charged.
