351.18  TRUCK, TRAILER AND RECREATIONAL VEHICLE PARKING IN RESIDENTIAL AREAS AND PRIVATE OR PUBLIC PARKING LOTS.
   (a)   No person shall park a truck, trailer, semitrailer, recreational vehicle, travel trailer, motor homes, truck camper, fifth wheel trailer or park trailer as defined in the Ohio Revised Code in a public roadway at any time in front or alongside of property used for residential purposes, except in case of breakdown, for loading or unloading purposes, or for providing a temporary service to the public.
   (b)   Travel trailers, pick-up campers, motorized homes (RV), folding tent trailers, boats, semi-trucks, car haulers, transportation vans, trailers, and construction trailers/equipment are prohibited from parking on City-owned properties and on City-owned parking areas.
   (c)   Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. If, within one year of the offense, the offender previously has been convicted of or pleaded guilty to one predicate motor vehicle or traffic offense, whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. If, within one year of the offense, the offender previously has been convicted of two or more predicate motor vehicle or traffic offenses, whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
