EDITOR’S NOTE: The Bedford Municipal Court was established under the provisions of Ohio R. C. 1901.01 and has the powers and duties set forth in Ohio R. C. Chapter 1901. The territorial jurisdiction of the Court includes the municipalities of Bedford, Bedford Heights, Oakwood, Glenwillow, Solon, Bentleyville, Chagrin Falls, Moreland Hills, Orange, Warrensville Heights, North Randall, Woodmere and the townships of Warrensville and Chagrin in Cuyahoga County.
