175.15 BOARD OF REVIEW ESTABLISHED.
   A Board of Review consisting of the City Manager, the Director of Law and the President of City Council is hereby created. The Board shall select each year for a one-year (1 yr.) term one of its members to serve as Chairman and one to serve as Secretary. A majority of the members of the Board shall constitute a quorum. The Board shall adopt its own procedural rules and shall keep a record of its transactions. Such records are not public records available for inspection under Section 149.43 of the Revised Code. Hearings requested by a taxpayer before the Board of Review created pursuant to this section are not meetings of a public body subject to Section 121.22 of the Revised Code or the Charter or ordinances of the City.
