175.03 APPOINTMENT, DUTIES AND AUTHORITY OF THE ADMINISTRATOR.

The Administrator of this City Tax Code shall be the Director of Finance.

It shall be the duty of the Administrator to receive the tax imposed by this Title in the manner prescribed herein from the taxpayers, to keep an accurate record thereof and to report all monies so received.
