(a) The City Manager shall keep a current inventory showing all real and personal property of the City and its location in accordance with its use by the various divisions of the Department of Public Service.
(b) Each division head of the Department of Public Service having Municipal property in his control shall keep an active inventory of such property and furnish the City Manager with a copy thereof. All such personal property shall be plainly marked “Property of the City of Bedford, Division of ________”, setting forth in such blank space the name of the division for which such property has been assigned and is inventoried as a part of the property of such division. Further, each division head shall cause such personal property to be so identified and marked.
