The Division of Waste Water Treatment shall be charged with the duty of operating, maintaining, repairing and inspecting the waste water treatment works, all waste water pumping stations and force mains, overflow and regulating stations or manholes, inverted siphons or depressed sections of sewer, which are connected and associated with the waste water treatment works and, in addition thereto, making and keeping all necessary chemical and biological analyses and the records of the same, as well as the data showing the cost of operation, maintenance, etc., and compiling and keeping all other records of any other pertinent information and data that may be necessary or required, and reporting the same, from time to time, as requested by the City Manager.
