139.04 DIVISION OF PUBLIC WORKS AND PROPERTIES.

The Division of Public Works and Properties shall be charged with the duty of cleaning, repairing and removing snow from all streets and highways throughout the City and cleaning, repairing, maintaining and inspecting all sewers, drains, culverts and watercourses throughout the City. The Division is also charged with the duty of maintenance of all City property.
