139.03 DIVISION OF WATER.

The Division of Water shall be charged with the duty of managing and conducting the water works system of the City, including the procuring and distributing of water, the maintenance, inspection, installation and repair of service lines, meters, etc., and such other work connected with the Division of Water as the City Manager may from time to time designate.
