139.01 DEPARTMENT AND DIVISIONS.
   The Department of Public Service established by City Charter shall be organized into five divisions as follows:
   (a)   Division of Water.
   (b)   Division of Public Works and Properties.
   (c)   Division of Waste Water Treatment.
   (d)   Division of Engineering.
   (e)   Division of Cemetery Maintenance.
